License agreement for pre-release version of the Aglets Software Development Kit Version 1.1 Beta3("Program")
International Business Machines Corporation or one of its subsidiaries
("IBM") owns or is licensed under the Program. IBM grants you
a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to use the Program internally
solely for the purposes of testing and evaluating the Program and to copy
the Program as reasonably required for such purposes. You may not modify,
reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise reverse engineer the Program.
You may not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent or use the Program externally.
The Program is a pre-release version and may be of lower quality (for
example, reliability or performance) than generally available IBM products.
IBM does not guarantee that the Program will ever be made generally available,
or that any future versions will be compatible with this version. IBM will
not provide any support for this pre-release version.
