Gakuto KURATA is a staff researcher at the Tokyo Research Laboratory and belongs to the speech technology group. He joined IBM in April 2004, after obtaining M.S. in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo. His research interests lie in Speech Recognition on various systems, from gigantic servers to embedded systems. He is also focusing on Speech Analytics.
